If the prop is in your possession more than 7 days, it is considered used and we cannot issue a refund or replacement.
All returned goods must be in original condition and original packing with all components included. You also must provide us the specific reason and the tracking number for the return. After both confirmed all above things and cancel the transaction, we will refund your full winning bid amount.
